Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry defrosted
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 8 tbs Vegemite
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Spread Vegemite over puff pastry sheet.
- Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the Vegemite.
- Roll pastry up to form a log shape.
- Cut into slices approximately 2cm wide.
- Place on baking tray and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and pastry is cooked.
NOTES
I’ve also made a pizza version with pizza sauce, ham and cheese.
